Sculpted Waist and Shoulder Refinement

A gown with beautiful bones deserves a fit that honours them. This piece came to us with a silhouette that was almost right — but almost is not how we work.

The transformation

We took the waist in with careful, even suppression, reshaping the line so it follows the body rather than floats around it. The shoulders were shortened and re-set, bringing the entire bodice up into a cleaner, more confident frame. Every adjustment was finished by hand, with the original construction respected at every seam.

The result is a dress that feels like it was made for her from the first stitch — because now, in every way that matters, it was.
